Biography

Eric Leads the finance division within the Office of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Eric is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and coordination of financial activities within OVPDEI. Eric joined OVPDEI as a Leadership Fellow from the University of Oregon, where he was the Chief of Staff/Director of finance and Administration to the Division of Equity and Inclusion (DEI). In that role, he supported the vice president by providing strategic leadership for DEI and all its units as well as aligning the budget to the strategic plan. Eric has over 15 years of successful progressive performance in executive administration, leadership, strategic planning, evaluation and assessment from higher education institution, private business, nonprofit, and international organizations around the world.

Eric has an MBA in International Economics and a Ph.D., in International Studies with a focus on Economic Development from Clark Atlanta University.
